If I can be an athlete, so can you! JUST DO IT! Get out there and MOVE! Start with walking...that's what I did. I starting walking my dogs because they had soo muchhh energy! Then I started to run with them...and eventually left them at home! 8 weeks later I entered my first 5k race! And I was hooked! You can do it too!
